“Annually, the Doctoral Programme organises a day in which doctoral students have the opportunity to discuss their work and have it evaluated by a prestigious panel of experts during a poster exhibition session. Starting in 2002, the idea of this opportunity was to open the research that is carried out in there to society to receive its feedback and critique. Since then, the event has became a forum for exchange of ideas and knowing each other’s research, not only between academic staff but also for visitors from Industry, Administration or any other stockholder. We aspire to make this event a unique opportunity for all doctoral students to come together and discuss with a diversity of people not necessarily Research dedicated. Our goal is to transform this modest exhibition into an occasion that allows Academia, Industry and Society to meet together.”
