SUMMARY:VII EUROSOIL 2025 Congress
DESCRIPTION:Seville\, Spain \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVII International Congress of the European Confederation of Soil Science Societies (ECSSS) \n\n\n\n\n\nFrom September 8–12\, 2025\, the EUROSOIL 2025 conference took place in Seville\, bringing together over 1\,000 participants from 63 countries to explore sustainable solutions for soil and plant health. \n\n\n\nAs part of the programme\, the SPIN-FERT project was presented by researchers from Eurecat – Technology Centre of Catalonia. The focus was on developing sustainable biostimulant granulates for horticulture\, aiming to enhance crop performance while reducing environmental impact. \n\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\nPhD candidate and chemist Robert Guiu Sans shared key results from his doctoral research\, presented under the title:“Development and Optimization of Highly Effective and Innovative Biostimulant Granulate Formulations for Horticulture.”Together with Dr. Bartosz Tylkowski and Dr. Magdalena Olkiewicz\, he introduced innovative formulations based on encapsulated\, sustainably sourced humic substances — highlighting their potential applications in agriculture and horticulture. \n\n\n\nThe presentation generated strong interest among researchers\, practitioners\, and policymakers\, sparking engaging discussions on the role of biostimulants in future farming systems. \n\n\n\nMany thanks to the EUROSOIL 2025 organizers\, the SPIN-FERT consortium\, the European Commission\, and Eurecat for supporting this work. \n\n\n\nhttps://www.eurosoil2025.eu/EUROSOIL2025 \n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n Created by ASN
