DESCRIPTION:Rome\, Italy \n\n\n\nOrganizers: Organized by CREA (Council for Agricultural Research and Economics) and Coldiretti Giovani Impresa\, in collaboration with SISS and IUSS. \n\n\n\nhttps://www.crea.gov.it/-/soil-date-il-futuro-del-suolo-incontra-il-futuro-dell-agricoltura-1 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n			\n				\n			\n		\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nSPIN-FERT Recognized as a Winning Innovation at SOIL Date! 🌾🌱 \n\n\n\nWe are proud and excited to share that SPIN-FERT has been awarded as one of the top winning projects at SOIL Date\, a landmark event held during Rome Future Week and promoted by CREA and Coldiretti. \n\n\n\nBringing together over 250 young entrepreneurs from Coldiretti Giovani Impresa and students from agricultural institutes\, SOIL Date offered a unique evaluation format: instead of a standard expert panel\, young participants voted directly in real time for the winning projects—the true future leaders of Italian and European agriculture. \n\n\n\nBeing selected as a winning project underscores the critical impact of SPIN-FERT’s core mission: developing innovative biostimulant formulations and growing media based on circular economy principles\, transforming residues and by-products into valuable\, sustainable resources for crop nutrition and soil health. \n\n\n\nThis recognition reinforces our commitment to strengthening the bridge between public research\, education\, and the agricultural industry to face climate change and protect soil fertility together. \n\n\n\nA special thank you goes to our coordinators\, Eligio Malusa and Loredana Canfora and to researcher Maria Cristina Sorrentino\, who presented the project.
