Winter Symposium 2023 at RCAI
Regensburg, Germany On November 28, 2023, the Research Center for Arts and Intermedia (RCAI) hosted its annual Winter Symposium at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg (HFBK). The event brought together researchers, artists, and doctoral candidates affiliated with RCAI and the PhD program Assemblies and Participation: Arts – Politics – Society. Through a series of presentations and discussions, participants shared insights into their current artistic and academic projects. The symposium offered a platform for exchange across disciplines, highlighting research that explores the intersections of art, media, performance, and political engagement. One of the featured presentations was the SPIN-FERT project, which delves into the innovative use of spintronics in sustainable agriculture.
