On 6 August 2026, Ri.Nova hosted a SPIN-FERT project presentation and field visit at ASTRA – Unità Operativa Martorano 5 in Cesena, in collaboration with the OrganicCropsHUB-ER project.
Participants visited the SPIN-FERT tomato field trials and observed project activities under real cultivation conditions. The programme then presented OrganicCropsHUB-ER and SPIN-FERT, with the SPIN-FERT contribution focusing on innovative practices, tools and products designed to improve soil fertility and reduce peat use in horticultural production.
The event connected project research directly with farmers, technicians and other stakeholders interested in organic horticulture and soil management, supporting practical knowledge transfer and discussion.
